Dear All,
             We have been given a provisional date for a public inquiry of October 18th 2011. The fight is still on. We are taking legal advice and organising all the evidence that we have. Blythe Park Power still have to produce a transport plan and update their flood risk assessment. The flood risk assessment was asked to be completed by the DECC by the end of February. I asked at the end of March if it had been received by the DECC but it had not. VVSM have concerns that they will be "served short" with the information before the inquiry.
